Your tasks
- Development and application of machine learning algorithms to analysis of digitized pathological images (including vision-language models and multimodal algorithms)
Your Profile
- Completed university education in computer/data sciences, physics, mathematics, bioinformatics, biomedical sciences or similar subject.
- Experience with development and implementation of modern machine learning technologies for computer vision (e.g., classification, segmentation models, attention mechanisms, transformers)
- Good knowledge of Python is a pre-requisite.
- Previous projects in medical domain would be a plus
- Good team and communication skills, ability to work independently
